Am I Responsible For Cleaning Gutters And Cutting Grass?
If you're renting a house, then yes. All exterior maintenance is required of the resident.
If you're renting an apartment/townhouse, relax, we've got you covered.
What Is Included In The Rent?
Only the space provided within the unit is included with the rent. All utilities are the responsibility of the resident.
Do You Take Section-8 Housing?
